What do you feel is the biggest strength of your company right now?
Considering that we work in events sector, there is acute affinity for creative team from diverse background to suit the various dynamics of the industry. This constitutes for one of the biggest strength of our company as it is really tough to resource maneuvered solutions in tier 2 cities which poses varied challenge of resource crunch and lack of networking.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome during the pandemic?
There has been a sharp dip in our annual turnover and Event and Advertising Industry has been one amongst the hardly hit sectors with almost zero business for a year. The prevailing circumstances made it really tough for us to survive while engaging our employees and expenses. But thankfully, we have crossed the bay with the effect of the pandemic lowering with time.
What would you do with 15 minutes of fame?
Well, nothing can be done in 15 minutes but still if I get one, I would try to foster the idea of innovation and creativity as much as possible since these are the pillars driving the growth in any industry in the current age.
A marketing gimmick which you believe is pure gold and why?
Looking at the cumulative outreach of social media in connecting people and developing relationships, not only with key influencers but with the target audiences, an innovative social media programme is a guaranteed marketing gimmick in this technological age.

My hometown, Siwan in Bihar.
My mantra during pandemic?
We learned afresh to embrace challenges- almost as a way of life. New challenges open doors for new possibilities. Pandemic taught us to accept and adapt. Therefore, I believe the same goes with the market as we need to keep ourselves updated with time.
What advice do you have for the next generation?
Patience and persistence is the key to success. They both make an unbeatable combination of success. I find it’s lacking in the newer generation.
